This Privacy Policy explains how DhamakaMusic Digital Media Private Limited ("we", "us", "Company", or "DhamakaMusic") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when users and Artists use our mobile applications and platform.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account & Profile Information

• Full name
• Mobile number and email address
• Profile photo and address details
• User type (event host or Artist)

b) Booking & Event Information

• Event date, time, and location
• Booking amount, advance payment, and remaining balance
• Booking status, cancellations, and confirmations
• Messages and communication records between users and Artists
• Artist confirmation call and uploaded confirmation video

c) Payments & Wallet Information

• Transaction IDs and payment status
• Artist wallet balance and settlement history
• Payment method used (UPI, bank transfer, cash, or in-app payment)

We do not store full debit or credit card details. All payments are securely processed by third-party payment gateway providers.

d) Artist Verification (KYC) & Compliance Information

Artists are required to submit verification documents during registration or before accepting bookings to ensure platform safety, legal compliance, and professional conduct.

• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card or other government-issued ID
• Recent selfie and photograph
• Signature image
• Bank account details (account holder name, account number, IFSC)
• Any additional information required for agreement execution or legal compliance

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage user and Artist accounts
• To verify Artist identity and complete onboarding
• To manage event bookings and confirmations
• To process payments, wallet credits, and settlements
• To send OTPs, booking updates, and important notifications
• To investigate disputes, cancellations, no-shows, or misconduct
• To enforce our Terms of Service and platform rules
• To improve security, prevent fraud, and enhance user experience

3. Sharing & Disclosure

• With other users: booking-related information and confirmation videos are shared only with the relevant event host and Artist.
• Service providers: payment gateways, cloud storage, analytics, and messaging providers who process data on our behalf.
• Legal & regulatory: information may be disclosed to government authorities, banks, or regulators when required by law.
• Business transfers: user data may be transferred in case of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Payments & Wallets

When an event booking is made:

• 30% advance payment is collected from the user
• 10% is retained by the Company as platform service fees
• 20% is credited to the Artist's in-app wallet
• The remaining 70% is paid directly to the Artist at the event

5. Confirmation Video & Call

After accepting a booking, Artists must confirm participation via call and upload a short confirmation video. This is used for booking verification and dispute resolution.

6. OTP & Event Start

An OTP is sent to the event host before the event starts. The Artist must enter the OTP in the app to officially begin the program.

7. Emergencies, Cancellations & Misconduct

In case of emergency or cancellation, valid proof may be requested. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action against Artists for misconduct, misbehavior, fraud, or violation of platform rules.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

10. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

11. Children

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts of Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
